Before You Visit
Do I need to be 21 years old?
Yes. All guests entering the dispensary must be at least 21 years old and present a valid government-issued ID.
Can I bring someone with me?
Yes. Guests are welcome to accompany you, but all visitors entering the dispensary must be at least 21 years old and present a valid government-issued ID during check-in.
Can someone wait in the waiting area while I shop?
Yes. Guests may remain in the waiting area while another customer shops. All individuals entering the dispensary, including those remaining in the waiting area, must present a valid government-issued ID.
Can I bring my children into the dispensary?
No. Individuals under 21 years of age are not permitted inside the dispensary.
What is a Founding Member?
Founding Members are individuals who support High Society before opening by signing up through our website. Members receive opening updates, early announcements, and access to an exclusive grand opening offer.
Shopping Experience
What happens when I arrive?
Upon arrival, you will check in at the front desk by presenting your ID. Once a cannabis retail associate is available, they will invite you into the sales floor and assist you throughout your visit.
Will I shop by myself?
No. Every customer works directly with a cannabis retail associate. Our staff is trained to help identify products based on your goals, experience level, and desired experience.
What if I am a first-time cannabis consumer?
That's completely okay. Our associates regularly work with first-time consumers and are trained to provide guidance in a comfortable, educational, and approachable manner.
How long does a visit take?
Most walk-in visits take approximately 10–15 minutes. Customers picking up online orders are typically assisted within approximately 5 minutes.
Will I feel rushed?
No. We strive to provide both efficiency and education. Customers who want a quick visit can move quickly, while customers with questions are encouraged to take their time.
Can I smell products?
Yes. Select products may have aroma samples available to help customers better understand their options.

High Society distinguishes between established scientific research, emerging research, and customer-reported experiences. Our goal is to provide honest, evidence-based guidance while clearly communicating what is scientifically supported and what is based primarily on customer experiences.

Can I order online?
Yes. Online ordering will be available once we open. The online menu reflects real-time inventory available in the store.
Can I place an online pickup order?
Yes. Customers who place orders online will check in upon arrival and have their ID verified before receiving their order.

Medical Patients
Can medical cannabis patients shop at High Society?
Yes. Adults who are 21 years of age or older may shop at High Society, including individuals who participate in Minnesota's medical cannabis program. At this time, High Society does not have a medical cannabis endorsement. As a result, purchases made at our dispensary are subject to applicable state and local taxes, including purchases made by registered medical cannabis patients. We plan to apply for a medical endorsement after opening our first location. Once approved, qualifying medical cannabis patients may become eligible for tax-exempt purchases in accordance with Minnesota regulations.
Loyalty & Membership
Does High Society offer a loyalty program?
Yes. Customers will be able to earn loyalty rewards through our rewards program. Additional details will be announced closer to opening.
Product Information
Can I view lab testing information?
Select product testing information provided by cultivators will be available through our online menu. Our staff can also access available testing information while assisting customers in the store.
Returns & Policies
Can I return cannabis products?
Cannabis products cannot be returned.
What if my vape or battery is defective?
If the non-cannabis component of a product is defective, such as a vape cartridge or battery issue, we may accept the return or exchange.
Can I return unopened products?
No. Cannabis products cannot be returned once they leave the store.
Are photographs allowed?
No. Photography inside the dispensary is not permitted.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not permitted inside the dispensary. Service animals are welcome.
